If you are planning to buy a house, be mindful that it is not like buying a small thing wherein you can back out anytime you want. It is an investment that one must deliberate well before entering into this obligation. When a refund is not given due to the buyer’s inability to continue his obligations, resorting to accusations against the developer is a low blow.

Very well said sa video but in my case after paying 15months for downpayment and almost 2 years di pa din tpos ang bahay then i applied for refund dhil wala akong matirahan after kong bayaran saninyo wla oang turnover. Office nyo na mismo nagsabi na sir pede po kayo mag refund dhil kami po may problema at di kayo. Then end up you send me email na di pede i refund? Wow. Let talk and explain it to erwin tulfo.
