Profriends Problem: Refund Without Merit?

A buyer posted his refund demand online and he tried to spread his complaints on profriends online, claim through social media. Behind this demand is a story unknown to many. The buyer and his spouse must be aware, though, that the delay in turnover was a lapse on their part and even before they requested for refund, the unit is already constructed.
